Overview
Door Staff serve as the first point of contact for guests at Canvas events. You are responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and organized entry experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests at the door; verify ticket purchases and manage entry flow; monitor capacity and communicate with event staff; handle cash and digital payments for door sales; enforce venue policies in a professional and respectful manner; coordinate with security and event leads as needed.
Requirements
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor; comfort handling money and basic point-of-sale tools; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure in busy environments.

Overview
Bartenders and concessions staff keep Canvas events energized by providing excellent beverage and food service. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role critical to the event experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; manage concessions station including food and merchandise as applicable; check IDs and comply with all MA alcohol service laws; maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar or concessions area; handle transactions accurately; build rapport with guests to enhance their experience.
Requirements
Valid Tips Certification (required before first shift); prior bartending or food service experience preferred; friendly, efficient, and calm under pressure; knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine a plus.Description text goes here

Overview
The Venue Assistant is a versatile, hands-on role that keeps Canvas running smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership to support day-to-day operations, event execution, and the overall guest and artist experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown; support front-of-house operations and serve as a point of contact for guests and artists; help manage vendor relationships and supply inventory; coordinate communication between staff, volunteers, and leadership; assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and scheduling; represent CoFF33 Corp’s mission and values in all interactions.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in event production, hospitality, or venue operations preferred; self-starter who is comfortable working independently; flexible availability including evenings and weekends; passion for the arts and community engagement.

Overview
CoFF33 Corp is seeking a skilled Podcast Producer to support the production of Derek on Everything, our in-house podcast. This is a freelance role ideal for a creative, detail-oriented audio professional who wants to grow with a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
Record and edit podcast episodes to professional broadcast standards; manage audio quality including noise reduction, leveling, and mastering; coordinate episode scheduling and prep with the host; produce show notes, timestamps, or transcripts as needed; publish episodes to hosting platforms; develop the show’s sonic identity over time.
Requirements
Experience producing or editing podcasts or audio content; proficiency with DAW software (e.g., Adobe Audition, GarageBand, Descript, etc.); reliable turnaround and strong communication; passion for storytelling and community-centered content; portfolio or samples of previous audio work preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist with event setup prior to doors opening; support guest registration and check-in; assist with crowd management and guest flow; help with post-event teardown and cleanup; follow direction from event leads and staff.

Overview
Setup & Teardown volunteers play a vital role in the physical preparation and restoration of the Canvas space. Shifts are focused and time-bound — one hour before and one hour after each event — making this a great fit for people with limited availability who still want to contribute.
Responsibilities
Configure the venue layout including tables, chairs, staging, and signage; assist with audio/visual equipment placement as directed; ensure the space is clean, organized, and event-ready before doors open; break down all event furniture and equipment after the event; clean and restore the space to its standard condition.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and community members to the Canvas space; answer general questions about CoFF33 Corp, Canvas, and upcoming events; direct guests to appropriate resources or staff members; help maintain a positive, inclusive, and inviting atmosphere; assist with light administrative or organizational tasks as needed; serve as a visible, friendly presence during open hours.
